ABOUT THE PROJECT

Hines ‘T3 Collingwood’ project at 36-52 Wellington Street was Hines’ first project in Victoria and is one of the of the tallest mass timber office buildings in Melbourne.

Designed by Jackson Clements Burrows architects and employing an innovative cross-laminated timber (CLT) construction method, this 15-storey mixed-use / office building comprises over 18,000m2 of premium office floorspace, two food and drinks premises and public realm upgrades. 

Contour secured approval for the project from the Minister for Planning through the Building Victoria’s Recovery Taskforce.

Felicity Karakiklas

Felicity joined Contour Consultants as a student planner while completing her Master’s degree in Urban Planning at the University of Melbourne. Having previously completed a Bachelor of Design, Felicity’s interest and appreciation for architecture and planning were piqued early on.

Since joining the Contour team, Felicity has embraced every opportunity to learn, and further expand her skillsets. Shem Curry

John Haysey
