• Andrew Biacsi, Director

  Andrew has more than 25 years experience in local government and private practice and has been with Contour since 1991. Andrew manages complex commercial and other major property development projects for the firm. He regularly provides expert evidence at panel hearings and at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal. His work includes project coordination, site assessment advice, negotiation of disputes and environmental assessment.

• Andrew Rodda, Director

  Andrew has been practicing as a town planner since 1980, including as a consultant for nearly 20 years following a period of 10 years in local government. He has developed a diverse field of expertise, including advising on development approval strategies, negotiating outcomes with planning agencies, providing expert evidence and appearing as a presenter at professional development forums and facilitator of multi discipline team workshops. As a Director of Contour since 1995, Andrew has provided advice and assistance to clients in relation to coastal accommodation and recreational projects, telecommunications facilities, corporate "roll out" programs, industrial/business park projects, major redevelopment sites and major landfill and materials recycling facilities.

• Robert Kelderman, Director

  Robert has been in private practice for over 20 years, having worked in local government for four years prior to this. He joined Contour in 1997 and has extensive experience in providing town planning and land use and development potential advice to clients, managing a wide variety of major development proposals through the planning approval process, and undertaking and managing strategic planning projects. He also appears regularly at panel and tribunal hearings as an expert witness.

• Shayne Linke, Director

  Shayne brings more than 20 years of both local government and private sector planning knowledge to the table when assisting and providing advice to clients. His planning experience covers most aspects of the profession with specialist skills in complex residential subdivisions and higher density developments, extractive industry, private and public institutional uses and liquor licensing matters. Shayne has been preparing and presenting expert planning evidence at tribunal and planning hearings for over 12 years and has a proven track record of being able to strategise and negotiate positive outcomes for clients.

  Vaughan has been practising as a town planner since 1989, including as a consultant in Melbourne since 1996 and with Contour since 1999. He provides professional advice and manages a diverse range of major projects for a variety of clients and appears as an expert witness at tribunal and panel hearings.

• Marco Negri, Director

  Marco has 22 years experience, including 15 years in local government and in senior managerial roles. Marco joined Contour in 2002 and advices clients on a variety of projects. He provides expert skills in statutory and strategic planning, project coordination and negotiation and regularly appears before VCAT and Planning Panels Victoria as an expert witness.

  Melinda graduated from Melbourne University in 1986 and has worked extensively in local government in both statutory and strategic planning. Melinda joined Contour in 1995 and provides professional advice and manages projects for some of the firms major clients. Melinda regularly provides skills in strategic planning, project co-ordination and negotiation.

  Annabel has over 14 years planning experience having joined Contour in 2003 after 7 years in private consulting in Victoria, NSW and Tasmania, and a short term in State Government. Annabel provides professional advice to the firm’s clients on major projects and has experience in the preparation and delivery of expert evidence.

  Tania joined Contour in 2007 and has over 13 years planning experience, within both local government and the private practice. As a result of her experience within local government, Tania has a thorough knowledge of the planning approvals process. She provides experience and expertise in managing large scale planning projects.
